In my photo series capturing tourists in Isfahan, Iran, I explore the contrast between public and domestic spaces. By having subjects present themselves in both realms, I highlight the dichotomy enforced by societal norms, particularly concerning dress codes. The images provoke contemplation on the dual personas individuals must navigate in a society where specific appearances are mandated in public, shedding light on the tension between personal expression and cultural expectations.
